I want to tell you about something we got wrong last month, because a few of you noticed and the rest of you deserve to know.

The short version: we underestimated how long the new batch would take, told you two weeks, and it took five. If you waited, I'm sorry. Everything has shipped as of Friday.

The longer version is boring and involves a freight company, so I'll spare you.

What we changed: we don't publish a date now until the stock is physically in our building. It means fewer announcements and later ones. I think that's the right trade.
